- 1 head of green cabbage (approximately 2 pounds)
- 2 large carrots, peeled
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 red bell pepper (seeds removed & cut into strips)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (seeds removed & cut into strips)
- 4 green onions, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun Land Old Bayou Seasoning
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Directions
- Cut cabbage into quarters. Cut out and discard the core from each. Slice cabbage finely by hand or with a food processor
- Shred carrots by hand using a grater or with a food processor
- Combine shredded cabbage and carrots into a bowl
- Add vinegar and mix well
- Stir in bell pepper strips and green onions
- Add mayonnaise, honey, and Cajun Land Old Bayou Seasoning, mix thoroughly
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve cold and ENJOY!
