- 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined, with heads and tails removed)
- ½ tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 small tomato, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- Cajun Land Cajun Seasoning with Green Onion
- 6 Flour tortillas
- Bamboo skewers
Directions
- Place chopped cilantro and diced red onions & tomatoes in separate bowls and place on serving table
- Warm tortillas in oven over very low heat
- Melt butter in saucepan and stir in lime juice
- Place raw shrimp on bamboo skewers
- Coat shrimp completely with lime & butter mixture
- Sprinkle Cajun Land Cajun Seasoning with Green Onion liberally onto shrimp
- Grill shrimp and cook until pink and they reach an internal temperature of 120°F
- Remove from grill
- Place grilled shrimp onto warm tortillas and garnish with desired amounts of tomatoes, red onions, and cilantro, ENJOY!
