Cajun Grilled Shrimp Tacos

  • 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined, with heads and tails removed)
  • ½ tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small tomato, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • Cajun Land Cajun Seasoning with Green Onion
  • 6 Flour tortillas
  • Bamboo skewers


  • Place chopped cilantro and diced red onions & tomatoes in separate bowls and place on serving table
  • Warm tortillas in oven over very low heat
  • Melt  butter in saucepan and stir in lime juice
  • Place raw shrimp on bamboo skewers
  • Coat shrimp completely with lime & butter mixture
  • Sprinkle Cajun Land Cajun Seasoning with Green Onion liberally onto shrimp
  • Grill shrimp and cook until pink and they reach an internal temperature of 120°F
  • Remove from grill
  • Place grilled shrimp onto warm tortillas and garnish with desired amounts of tomatoes, red onions, and cilantro, ENJOY!
