Ingredients
- 1 dozen raw oysters
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 teaspoons Deep South Blenders Parsley
- Cajun Land Chargrill Oyster & Seafood Seasoning
- 12 individual compartments for each oyster *
- Sliced French bread
* NOTE: There are a number of options you can use for this:
- Actual oyster shells
- Ceramic oyster shells
- Oyster grill pan
- Muffin pan
- Aluminum foil food shell pan
Directions
- Preheat grill until it is very hot, about 400°F
- Place each raw oyster in a separate shell, compartment or container
- Combine parmesan & mozzarella cheese
- Melt butter and add 1 tablespoon of Cajun Land Chargrill Oyster & Seafood Seasoning. Stir well
- Spoon butter & seasoning mixture liberally over each oyster, continuing to stir mixture while doing so
- Top each oyster with parmesan & mozzarella cheese mixture
- Follow with Deep South Parsley
- Grill on closed grill until oysters are plump & brown and cheese is melted (about 10 minutes)
- Uncover grill and place oysters on serving plate. Serve with French bread so your guests can soak up the sauce!
